Key Stakeholders
Downstream stakeholders
Overall downstream stakeholders for the project can be individuals, groups, or entities that are directly impacted by the outcomes or results of a project, such as women, youth and men as allies.
When considering the ‘Peace Repository’, downstream stakeholders may include:
Formal Government actors, community leaders, educators, local NGOs and community organizations, related professionals, small enterprises, private sector partners, academia, media and communication network, social support network, research scholars and the community itself (youth and women from diverse backgrounds).
Upstream stakeholders
The project envisions overall upstream stakeholders: Sub national government agencies, UN agencies/International organizations, donor agencies, development partners, policymakers, security sector and legal service providers and media hubs. These stakeholders can be key players for this project. The team believes that establishing credibility, providing evidence-based results and highlighting the project’s impact are essential to gain support and influence upstream stakeholders.
